Scheduling and Appointments

• Service appointments are scheduled based on availability
• Emergency services are available 24/7 with after-hours calls going to voicemail
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather or other circumstances
• Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance when possible

Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made
• We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards
• Financing options may be available for qualified customers
• Past due accounts may be subject to additional fees and collection efforts

• Customers are responsible for clearing work areas of personal items
